PAYMENT

We accept payment through paypal, bank deposit or money order.

If you prefer to pay via credit card, this can be done be selecting the paypal option. You do not need to have a paypal account. Paypal will process the payment for you as a 'guest'.

If you choose to pay by bank deposit/transfer, our account details will be on your order confirmation email. Payments must be received in full & cleared before your order will be started.

 

LAYBY

We now offer a layby system as an alternative to purchasing via our website. This option is available for purchases of $50 or more.

Requirements for this are 20% (non refundable) deposit to secure your goods, with the remaining balance paid over 6 weeks in equal installments.

If you purchase items via layby, we will invoice you shortly after your sale for the amount of 20% of the total purchase price. We will also send you a copy of your payment schedule which will show payments made, remaining payment amounts and when they are due.

Failure to make payments as agreed may result in your layby being terminated. If you are having trouble making repayments please contact us so that an arrangement may be made!

Your initial 20% deposit amount is non refundable - though should a layby order be cancelled, any amount paid on top of this will be refunded.

Cheese & Pickles have the right to refuse or cancel a layby contract at anytime for failure to meet our payment requirements. Again - all monies paid minus the non refundable deposit, will be refunded.

No goods will be released until layby plans have been paid for in full.

 

SHIPPING

All of our orders are sent through Australia Post.

Postage is charged on a per item basis, per order for most items. Some heavier items may have extra postage added. These items will have extra postage displayed in the description so users will know beforehand what shipping charges they will be liable for.

Items are dispatched after payment has been received in full. 

Postage prices quoted apply only to orders within Australia. We do not ship outside of Australia.

 

RETURNS POLICY

At Cheese & Pickles we appreciate your purchase and aim for 100% satisfaction. Please contact us immediately should there be any issues on receipt of your order.

We will only accept refunds & exchanges within 14 days.

Items will only be  exchanged or refunded if they are unused, unwashed and in original packaging with tags. A copy of your invoice/receipt must also be included.

The cost of returning items for exchange or refund is to be paid by the customer.

In the event that you have received faulty or damaged goods, we will cover the return postage costs.

Please make sure that any returns are packaged securely and are posted using an insured & trackable method (such as Registered Post).

 

SALE ITEMS

All Sale Items are non refundable or exchangable so please choose carefully!

 

PRIVACY

Your privacy is important to us - we will not disclose any information submitted by you to any third parties. We may, from time to time, contact you with news or specials. You may opt out of any such contact.

 

 

Are Embroider Buddies machine-washable? 
Yes! Embroider Buddy™ skins and pods are machine-washable. We recommend using the gentle cycle and a mild detergent. 
 
Is Embroider Buddy child-safe? 
Yes! All Embroider Buddy™ plush toys comply with North American and European CE safety standards.

 

Is there loose stuffing in the Embroider Buddy
No. The stuffing is contained inside a lightweight fabric pod. Each Embroider Buddy™ has two fabric pods – one in the head and one in the belly.
